• Enquiry details — for candidates: nationality, experience, education, preferred sector and country, and your CV; for employers: company name, sector, roles, headcount and timeline.
• Message content — anything you write in a form or send us.
• Basic technical data — standard server information such as your approximate region, needed to deliver and secure the website.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide our recruitment and visa-support services.
• For candidates, to assess your eligibility and, with your agreement, put you forward to prospective employers.
• For employers, to source and present suitable candidates.
• To keep records and comply with our legal obligations.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (which you can withdraw at any time), our legitimate interest in operating a recruitment service, and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only where necessary to provide our service — for example, with prospective employers where you have asked us to represent you, and with trusted service providers who host our website and process form submissions (currently Netlify) under appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information where required by law.

International transfers

Because we place candidates across Europe, your details may be shared with employers or partners in the country you are applying to. We take steps to ensure your data remains protected when it is transferred.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses a small number of essential cookies required for it to function and to remember your cookie choice. We do not run advertising trackers.

With your consent, we also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — for example which pages are most useful — so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies to measure this. We use it with IP anonymisation and Google Consent Mode, which means no analytics cookies are set until you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you click "Decline", no analytics cookies are used. You can change your mind at any time by clearing the site's cookies in your browser, which will bring the banner back.

Data collected by Google Analytics is processed by Google on our behalf; you can read more in Google's Privacy Policy and opt out across all sites using Google's browser opt-out add-on. Our legal basis for analytics cookies is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, and to data portability.
