We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Passport Processing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist clients with new passport applications, renewals, and provide support through every stage of the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with completing and submitting passport applications

• Review documents for accuracy and completeness

• Liaise with government agencies to track application status

• Provide guidance on passport photo and ID requirements

• Educate clients on travel requirements and timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
• Prior experience in document or application processing
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with care
• Multilingual skills a plus
