We’re seeking a Documentation & Compliance Officer to ensure all passport and visa services adhere to legal and procedural guidelines. This position plays a key role in risk management and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify the legal validity of submitted passport and visa documents

• Stay current on international documentation standards and requirements

• Develop and maintain compliance checklists and quality control procedures

• Train staff on document handling, security, and compliance protocols

• Coordinate with consulates and legal authorities as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in documentation review or legal compliance

• Analytical skills and high attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
